Purpose and audience
BeeThere publishes educational resources for therapists and behavioral health teams evaluating documentation formats, workflows, and AI tools. Our content is designed to explain concepts, offer adaptable templates, and make product decisions easier. It does not replace clinical judgment, supervision, legal advice, compliance review, payer guidance, or organization policy.
Who writes our content
Content is written by the BeeThere Editorial Team, which includes people working on BeeThere’s product and documentation systems. We identify the team as an Organization because we do not want to imply that a fictional individual author or license holder wrote the material. Our author profile describes the team’s scope and current limitations.
Clinical review disclosure
BeeThere does not currently claim that its public educational articles or template guides have been reviewed by a named licensed clinician. We will never add “medically reviewed” or a clinical credential without a real reviewer and a documented review. If qualified review is added later, the page will name the reviewer, list relevant credentials, state the scope of review, and show the review date.
Sources and verification
We prefer primary sources. Privacy and regulatory discussions link to agencies such as the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services or the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Product comparisons link to each vendor’s public pricing, product, security, and legal documentation. We use secondary sources only when they add clearly attributed context that cannot reasonably be obtained from an original source.
Template and example policy
Template structures are informed by BeeThere’s product note-format definitions and common documentation patterns. Examples are entirely fictional and are not based on client records or disguised case material. We avoid unnecessary sensitive detail and unsupported risk, diagnostic, and medical-necessity statements. Clinicians must adapt every template to their setting and verify every final note.
AI-assisted editorial work
AI may assist with outlines, drafting, comparison, or language editing. The BeeThere team remains responsible for checking sources, removing unsupported claims, disclosing limitations, and deciding what is published. We do not present AI-generated text as evidence, and we do not use invented quotations, credentials, client experiences, reviews, or statistics.
Product comparisons and conflicts
BeeThere is our product, so any page comparing it with another vendor contains a clear affiliation disclosure. We acknowledge competitor strengths, link to supporting sources, state the date information was checked, distinguish public claims from hands-on testing, and avoid unverifiable performance or superiority claims.
Updates and freshness
Evergreen educational articles are reviewed at least annually or sooner when a source, product, law, standard, or material fact changes. Product comparison and pricing information should be checked at least quarterly. A material revision updates the visible “last updated” date and the structured-data dateModified value. Cosmetic edits do not create a false freshness signal.
Corrections
We investigate specific correction requests supported by a reliable source. Material factual corrections are made promptly and the page’s updated date is changed when appropriate. Minor typographical edits may be corrected without a dated notice. Correction requests can be sent to [email protected] with the page URL and supporting evidence.
Safety and emergencies
BeeThere content and free tools do not diagnose, assess emergencies, or provide crisis care. Clinicians remain responsible for their own risk assessment and response procedures. Readers seeking personal care or urgent support should contact an appropriate local professional or emergency service rather than relying on a template or generated draft.
